We charge our clients 8% + Tax of the gross income produced by their property portfolio and in return, we do the following:

– itemise all of your revenues and expenses for easy tracking
– harvest expenses to be used to reduce your taxes
– re-negotiate service & sales contracts to reduce your expenditure and create secondary income streams
– give advice on increasing yield, and lowering vacancy
– act as your ‘nominated Japanese tax representative’ and pay your annual taxes on your behalf
– coordinate with accounting to ensure that your annual tax returns are filed properly on your behalf
– coordinate re-sale, renovation and divestment of your assets
